Tash - Mobile, Northam Pool, Wundowie Pool, & Quairading Pool Swimming Teacher

Tash started working as a mobile instructor with Just Add Water Swimming in 2018. 

Tash has been teaching since January 2017, and resides in the Avon region of the Wheatbelt. She also has over 15 years experience working with special needs children.

Tash teaches our program on a weekly basis at the Northam and Wundowie pools, seasonal blocks at the Quairading pool, as well as mobile lessons for the surrounding Wheatbelt/Avon region. In 2019, Tash also completed her Infant Aquatics qualification extension through Just Add Water Swimming. 

megan

Megan - Northam Pool Swimming Teacher

Megan started working with Just Add Water Swimming in 2021. 

She has been teaching since January 2017 with the Education Department, and is a local Northam resident. 

In 2021 Megan became a community trainer through royal life saving, this allows her to teach the Bronze Medallion Award, the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Award, Heat Beat Club and more.

Megan teaches our program on a weekly basis at the Northam pool.

In the near future, Megan hopes to broaden her abilities and do her training as a Infant Swimming Instructor.

Finn - Mobile Swimming Teacher

Finn started working with Just Add Water Swimming in 2022 as a mobile swimming instructor.

He has been working as a swimming instructor since 2016, teaching with AUSTSWIM in Albany and with private swim schools in Perth.

Finn is passionate about inclusion, and strives to provide the best experience possible for his classes. He is focussed on connecting with his students, listening to their needs and ensuring each child has a voice in their learning.

Amelie - Mobile Swimming Teacher

Amelie started working as a mobile instructor with Just Add Water Swimming in 2023.

Amelie absolutely loves swim teaching, spending time with kids of all age groups. Teaching at various locations around Perth, and the stunning Gnarabup, Amelie has taught a variation of levels and curriculum. 

She grew up swimming competitively and has an interest in giving other kids the passion of swim teaching through challenge and fun. 

Outside of swim teaching, Amelie loves to head to the beach!

Melanie- Mobile Swimming Teacher

Melanie started working with Just Add Water Swimming in 2020. 

With a background in Disability Support, and years of swimming teaching experience, Mel loves the variety of mobile swimming lessons and meeting new families. 

Melanie also has her Infant Aquatics extension.

Ashleigh - Mobile Swimming Teacher

Ashleigh started working with Just Add Water Swimming in 2020. 

She has taught swimming to children for 3 years, and is a qualified trainer at her local Surf Life Saving Club.

Ashleigh is also a volunteer patrolling lifeguard for Floreat SLSC, and is studying medicine

Sarah - Mobile Swimming Teacher

Sarah started working as a mobile instructor with Just Add Water Swimming in 2018. 

She has been teaching swimming since the beginning of 2016 and has her Access and Inclusion (special needs) qualification, as well as her Toward Competitive Strokes qualification. She loves swim teaching because she is currently studying Primary Teaching at Notre Dame so teaching is a passion of hers. Sarah grew up swimming from a young age and competed at a national level.

Sachi - Mobile Swimming Teacher

Sachi started working as a mobile instructor with Just Add Water Swimming in 2018. 

She has been swim teaching for over a year now and is loving it. With a fun and outgoing personality, Sachi teaches school age (3.5 years +), and loves swim teaching because the kids make her smile and laugh; and she loves teaching a sport which she loves doing herself. She is also a competitive national swimmer and has been since the age of 13. She has competed all over the country for the past 5 years. Sachi is currently on a swimming break this year because she is currently at TAFE studying a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, but is still swimming for fitness.

Sophie - Mobile Swimming Teacher

Sophie started working as a mobile instructor with Just Add Water Swimming in 2018. 

Sophie has been teaching swimming for 3 years, starting when she was in high school. In addition to her standard teaching qualification,Sophie also holds her Infants and Preschoolers extension. She used to swim competitively in school and believes that it is a great stress relief and general life skill. Sophie am currently studying a double degree in Media and Communications and History at The University of Western Australia in a hope to become Louis Theroux.

Claire - Mobile Swimming Teacher

Claire started working as a mobile instructor with Just Add Water Swimming in 2018. 

Claire has been a swimming teacher for three years now, and absolutely loves it. She grew up swimming and believes that it is so important for everyone to learn how to swim and survive through fun and innovative learning. Claire currently studies a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Western Australia.
